ADAPTIVE YOGA
60 MINUTES

This practice is tailored to an individual’s needs in a safe, comfortable & proactive manner. Yoga is accessible to anyone & everyone can benefit from it regardless of their functionality.
Props are the main elements for this practice to aid in support & strength. According to your own needs, we may use props such as chairs, straps, cushions, blocks, & whatever is needed to adapt to your own abilities.
The goal of this practice is to do what you can & what feels right in your own body. Adaptive sequencing includes the following:
Chair Yoga, Pre-Natal Yoga, Post-Natal Yoga & Trauma Informed Yoga.

GENTLE FLOW
60 MINUTES

This is an all levels flow to destress, stretch & strengthen the body.
It’s a great way to slow down, tune in & connect to your body while calming the mind.
Here we move through a series of stretches, poses, & guided breathing to increase flexibility & mobility creating more space from within.
Take this opportunity to move your body gently as you connect breath with movement.

YIN YOGA
60 MINUTES

This is a very quiet & still practice focusing on stretching mindfully.
Poses are held between 2-5 minutes allowing our deeper connective tissues that surrounds our muscles to surrender to gravity & relax.
We begin the session by tuning into our breath then gently moving into each pose. This can be a perfect antidote to your busy & stress filled life.

Joint Movement Therapy
60 MINUTES

This is a joint freeing series with a disciplined approach. It’s too simple to be true!
In this practice we are working on freeing the blockages by synchronizing movement with breath leaving the mind active & not able to wander.

Blockages can be established in the body & mind by bad posture, injury, stiffness & lack of circulation in the blood flow.
We address 45 movements of all the joints in our body starting with the feet working up to the knees, hips, spine, moving to wrists, elbows, shoulders&chest all the way up to the head.
This is a very calming practice to develop strength in the body & is suitable for all levels, whether beginner, sick, healthy, old & young.
The first 40 minutes will be movement with breath & the last 20 minutes will be breathing exercises followed by savasana (resting corpse pose).

YIN NIDRA
60 MINUTES

A complete hour of letting go, connecting mind & body.
We start off with a 40-minute yin practice followed by a guided nidra meditation for the remaining 20 minutes.
Students will be guided into Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, right after the ending pose in the yin part of this practice. Yoga Nidra requires pure stillness & the goal is to listen to my voice without falling asleep. Be prepared to self-explore your mind and body as one.

RESTORATIVE YOGA
60 MINUTES

This is a slow and grounded practice designed to promote healing in the body &restore itself by gradually opening up in long held poses, between 10-15 minutes. There are no standing poses; students are supported with props, allowing space for full relaxation.
This approach facilitates passive stretches without tension or strain on the muscles & can be used as injury prevention.

KIDS YOGA
3-12 YEARS OLD
30 MINUTES

Kids go through development stages in the process of their growth.
Different methods of teaching are adapted according to the age group of your child.
My mission is to provide tools that can help your child overcome physical, mental & emotional barriers including tantrums.
A typical group session would be starting with directing their attention into the space followed by engaging breathing exercises, and then a deck of cards will be given to choose their favorite poses which allows them to create their own flow collectively as a group;
their choice, their flow.
